The NL Complex in Dahisar, Mumbai witnessed an intense battle between LAC Gamechangers and 1 TEN Mauka Team on 16th April 2023. LAC Gamechangers won the toss and elected to bat first.

LAC Gamechangers got off to a steady start, reaching 50 runs in 6.3 overs with the help of some extras. Arbaz was the standout performer for LAC Gamechangers, smashing 51 off just 28 balls with 5 fours and 3 sixes. LAC Gamechangers reached the 100-run mark in 12 overs with 12 extras. They finished their innings at 157/7 in 20 overs, with Amey Suryakant Veer scoring 8 and Arbaz top-scoring with 60 runs.

In the second innings, 1 TEN Mauka Team got off to a shaky start, losing wickets at regular intervals. However, Abhishek Warang played a brilliant knock of 61 off 34 balls, including 7 fours and 4 sixes, and took his team to the verge of victory. Lalit Salvi also played a supporting role, scoring 31 runs off 25 balls. However, the other batsmen failed to contribute much, and 1 TEN Mauka Team lost the match by 3 runs, finishing at 154/9 in 20 overs.

Sairaj Mestry and Danny were the standout bowlers for LAC Gamechangers, picking up 1 wicket each and conceding very few runs. Jignesh Chavda was the only successful bowler for 1 TEN Mauka Team, picking up 1 wicket and conceding 13 runs in 3 overs.

In the end, it was a thrilling match that kept the spectators on the edge of their seats. LAC Gamechangers emerged victorious, but Abhishek Warang’s knock will be remembered for a long time.
